an introduction to oil based gilding
There are 2 main types of gilding, oil and glass gilding. This kit provides you with all the tools to achieve oil based gilding. You have the option to add on either a frame or plant pot and follow the instructional video - a really great way to practice with these tools ready for you to apply to your home projects. I give lots of pointers and advice in the video so it’s worth a watch.

Our gilding kit is perfect for anyone who would like to give this craft a go. This kit is perfect for oil based gilding (essentially you can gild on anything that isn’t glass) and contains the following:
Pack of imitation gold leaf (25 sheets)
